Quote Details
Tip
- Add all line items before creating.
- Set validity period (default 14 days).
- After creation, click Send to email the customer.
- Accepted quotes can be converted to orders.
Manager Review — Pricing & MwSt
Verify the quote engine meets DoD: calculations match manual verification.
- Add line items (qty, unit price)
- Set tax rate (e.g. 19%), discount type & value
- Set validity period (default 14 days)
- Create Quote and check detail page shows:
- Net subtotal
- Discount amount
- Tax (MwSt) amount
- Gross total
- Compare with manual Excel / bookkeeper check
Acceptance Criteria:
- Tenant rate card & material markups
- MwSt reuses invoice engine
- Discount: % or fixed
- Validity period (default 14d, configurable)
- Net/Gross/Tax breakdown
